Recover easier with Dignity Home Health Care

What are Home Health Services?

Home-bound patient with cast on leg

Recuperating from surgery or illness can be difficult for anyone, regardless of age. Unfortunately, life doesn’t pause during periods of rest. Tasks necessary for daily living and a health recovery still need to be taken care of, even when self-care is complicated or impossible due to pain, exhaustion or emotional discomfort.

For this reason, in addition to our hospice services, Dignity Team Health now offers short-term skilled care for clients who just need a helping hand while they take time to heal. Traditionally, the first few days of post-op care or illness recovery are done in a hospital or other in-patient setting, but it could be weeks or even months before you’re back to full health. In these instances, physicians may prescribe home care. Because it is physician-prescribed, Medicare pays 100% of the home care costs.

By choosing Dignity Home Health Care for yourself or your loved one, you get an experienced team, dedicated to providing the assistance you need to make a full recovery as quickly as possible.
