"To have a company that will make decisions in the best interest of the patient and to make a decision immediately is a huge factor in our recommendation of Dignity and all of their staff.”

Arbor House Rockwall - Assisted Living Community

"Blessings to you for the service you provide at such a difficult time in people's lives ..."

D. Moore

"Jim and I truly want to thank you all for your compassion, most of all for my Mom, but also for our family's comfort during the final hours she remained with us. Debbie, Sandy, and Crystal -- each of you helped make these moments tolerable knowing Mom was no longer in distress."

P. Booth and Family

"I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all of the compassion and support you showed my family as we cared for our mom in her final days this side of heaven. This was our first experience with hospice and we were very overwhelmed with the process. Ours is a family of complicated relationships and we appreciated your objectivity as we tried to come to terms with our mom's final wishes.
Thank you for being a tangible expression of God's faithfulness to us during this difficult season in our lives."

D. Abbott

"Mom and I had a very close relationship all her life and Dignity Hospice made it possible to have our final time together in the comfort of her apartment surrounded by those she loved. Thank you for that gift. If and when the occasion ever occurs I would graciously recommend Dignity Hospice knowing another family's loved one would be cared for with "Dignity". Thank you again and God bless each of you."

At the moments when you need it most, Dignity Team Health offers care, compassion and support to see you through.

We offer private care, hospice and beginning July 2016, home health care services. These could range from recuperating after a hospital stay to having assistance completing the activities of daily living all the way to complete hospice care.

Oftentimes in a medical emergency or prolonged health crisis situation, patients are made to feel less than or lose complete dignity over their lives. Our job, besides facilitating recovery and comfort, is to restore that sense of dignity that all people should possess.

Our Mission and Core Values

The mission of Dignity Team Health is to empower people by restoring Dignity to life.

  • Promote life with dignity.

  • Do the right thing—always.

  • Respect that life is still happening.
